Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Most of our members wear yoga pants or leggings and a comfortable top.

What should I wear to class?

Yes, we do. We offer a 15% discount for students and seniors. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer any discounts for students or seniors?

Absolutely. We understand that your needs might change over time. You can easily switch between membership tiers at any point during your yoga journey with us.

Can I switch my membership tier later?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class starts. This allows time to check in, prepare your mat, and start your practice with a calm and focused mind.

How early should I arrive before a class?

While we encourage members to bring their own mats for a more personalized experience, we do provide yoga mats and other necessary props at no extra cost.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Beginner or Gentle Flow classes included in the Mindful Beginnings package. These classes are designed to introduce you to the basic poses and principles of yoga in a supportive and relaxed environment.
